Endorsements... A "message to the culture, not from the culture..." Today’s “buzz word” in the Christian circles
is being relevant to the culture. However, the servant of God must proclaim God’s message from a fresh encounter with
God Himself. Dr. Shane Johnson's message is to the culture, not from the culture. His experience and knowledge allows him
to address many subjects most churches shy away from. His presentation is professional, transparent, and down to earth. Our
people were very grateful for this and I highly recommend Dr. Shane Johnson. Pastor Ken Faust Harvest Time Assembly of God Brunswick, Ohio "a confidant who sits where you are..." I am a Senior Pastor of
over twenty years and currently serve as an Executive Presbyter for the East Region of the Ohio District Council of the Assemblies
of God. In all that time, I have known Dr. Shane Johnson, both as a Pastor and friend.
I would like to take this
opportunity to recommend my brother, his gifts, calling and passion to come along side you as a pastor, minister, and person.
I have experienced Dr. Johnson's gifts in each of these areas.
Pastor, if you need a confidant who sits were you
are, talk with my brother. If you are facing a church situation in which you need someone to assess and come along side to
help solve your dilemma, then I believe Shane will roll-up his sleeves and get in the battle with you. If you are experiencing
personal issues at church, in your home, or in your life, I have experienced Dr. Johnson’s counsel and friendship and
would like encourage you to follow through.
Pastor, we all need each other. Don’t stop here-- call and ask
for help!

Multifaceted... "Being a husband and a father
of four children can be very demanding. Add to that the job of senior pastor of a large church with a school and day care
center and nearly 100 employees; all of this together can be very difficult.
Recently during a crisis that could
have destroyed my marriage, family and church, I turned to Dr. Shane Johnson. He not only did a good job of ministering to
the membership of our church but he took time to counsel with my family. I believe that the time he spent helping my children
to get through the challenges that we faced and the time spent with my wife and I as a married couple was priceless.
Dr. Johnson was straight forward with us. He didn’t pull any punches or tell us the things he felt we wanted to hear.
Instead he was candid and gave us the information he felt we needed to move ahead. We still face challenges and I am convinced
that there will always be difficult times ahead. It sure is nice however to have an experienced professional like Dr. Johnson
and his ministry available to help in a time of need."

Insightful... "Dr.
Johnson’s wisdom has made a profound impact on my life and ministry over the past eight years. Dr. Johnson possesses
an extraordinary gift of connecting with people, and discerning what is needed to bring them to a new place in personal and
ministry health and vitality. As a personal life coach, his giftings are remarkable. I would not be at the place I am at today
in ministry without his insight and his time that has been deposited into my life. The impact of his counsel on both my personal
life and my church is immeasurable and he has my highest recommendation."

Dr. Johnson brings
proven field experience to his consulting practice as a practicing pastor since 1984, as a pastoral counselor since 1998,
and as an educator of clergy and emerging leaders since 2000. He has a passion for leadership theory and practice, which springs
from his experience growing up in the evangelical church. He has pastored five churches and now teaches and consults with
emerging churches and leaders. Shane has served as solo pastor in small, emerging churches. He knows what it is like have
to do everything, along with the feelings of isolation that that can bring. He has also served as senior pastor in a multiple
staff church, knowing firsthand the stressors of managing a staff, a large church plant, budgetary issues, conflict resolution,
and all that goes along with this particular church setting. In addition to teaching pastoral theology and working with church
leaders as a pastoral counselor, Shane is currrently the lead pastor at New Life Church, an
emerging, non-traditional, evangelical, full gospel church comprised mostly of current or former students at Malone University.
Among other things, the church serves as a hands-on lab, teaching ministry by involving students in worship, preaching, leadership
development, and missions.
Below are some of the issues Shane has dealt with as a consultant, pastor, pastoral
counselor, and college professor...
